Registration Fees

Please note: registration includes complimentary lunch for all attendees on both days of the Symposium.

Pass Types

Industry Pass

This registration category is for anyone in the drone or associated industries.

Government + Military + Public Safety Pass

Government and Military rates are available to U.S. Federal, state, local and tribal government employees, to include active-duty members of the military. To register under this category, you must have a valid .gov or .mil email address. Non-U.S. or Allied Governments may attend under this category as well. Registrants may be required to share copies of their credentials, government employee ID or military ID.

Contractors do not qualify for government registration and must register as Industry.

Public Safety rates are available to credentialed members of the police, sheriff, EMS, fire service, hazmat and park rangers from federal, state, city, county, and campus agencies.

To qualify, registrants must be an active employee of a public safety agency as outlined above, and may be required to share copies of their credentials or government employee ID.

AUVSI reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.

Sponsored Government Registration Now Available

AUVSI recognizes that ongoing budget constraints and agency travel restrictions may limit the ability of government employees to attend the Drone & AAM Policy Symposium. To help ensure robust public-sector participation, we are offering a sponsored registration program for eligible federal civilian employees

Interested individuals may apply by completing the brief request form linked below. Approved applicants will receive a code for complimentary registration. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Step 2

Log into your AUVSI account with your email and password.

• Click “Forgot your password?” if you do not remember your password and need to reset it.
• If you do not have an AUVSI account, click on “Create Account.” Enter your email address and click search. On the next page, enter your information to complete your account creation.

Step 3

Verify your registrant information, making any needed updates. Click “Continue.”

Step 4

Confirm the badge information.

Click “total” and then click “Continue.”

Step 5

On the next page click “Check-Out.”

Step 6

Provide payment details.

Click “Continue.”

Step 7

Click “Submit Order” to complete your registration.

Once completed, your registration will be confirmed by email from meetings@auvsi.org. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your junk and/or spam folder.

Ballpark Rules: Nationals Park Bag Policy

Nationals Park has implemented a clear bag policy for all guests entering the ballpark. Any bags larger than a clutch (5” by 7” x ¾”), will no longer be permitted unless the bag is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC. Guests with diaper, medical or laptop bags will be admitted with additional screening measures upon entry. Luggage will not be permitted under any circumstances.
